Ekyval is not responsible for any damages or losses that may arise from the use of any information contained on this website.
Some links on this website lead to external sites belonging to Ekyval partners. When you click on these links, you will leave the Ekyval website, and we have no control over those sites, nor do we accept responsibility for their content.
To place an order, you must be over 18 years old and agree to provide accurate information that allows your order to be successfully processed.

At Ekyval, we take the security of our website and the protection of our customers’ and visitors’ data very seriously.

What information do we collect?
We collect your name, phone number, postal address, email, and age for marketing campaigns, giveaways, and newsletters. Additionally, when you make a purchase on our website, we also collect delivery address information and payment details.

Registration password

All intellectual property rights for software and content available through this website are owned by Pluraltex and are licensed and protected by laws and treaties worldwide. All such rights are reserved for Pluraltex and its suppliers.
You may save, print, or display website content for personal use only.
Publication, manipulation, distribution, or reproduction of any website content in any format, as well as linking it for business or commercial purposes, is not permitted.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Ekyval ships orders to all EU Member States as well as Switzerland, with delivery times ranging from one to ten business days depending on the destination country.
Our partner carriers deliver Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM to the address you provide.

Track my order
When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking code by email so you can locate it on the carrier’s website.
If you have difficulty locating your order, please contact our customer support team.

Delivery issues
If the carrier is unable to deliver your order, they will attempt delivery again the following day or contact you to schedule a new delivery. In the case of CTT Expresso, a notice will be left for you to collect the order at the post office.

Reshipping returned orders
If an order is returned to Ekyval due to customer responsibility and the customer wishes it to be reshipped or replaced, a fee of €5.00 applies for orders to Portugal and Spain, and €15.00 for all other countries.
This fee must be paid via bank transfer, and proof of payment must be sent to customer support or to [email protected], along with the returned order number and the name of the account holder who made the transfer.

5. PRICES AND PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payment methods
Ekyval offers the following payment methods: PayPal, Multibanco, MBWay, and credit card.
Please visit http://www.paypal.com for more information about PayPal payments.
Multibanco payments may be made through ATM machines or your online banking. This payment method takes approximately one business day to be confirmed. Your order will only be shipped once payment is received.

All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the legal rate in force. All prices are valid except in cases of typographical error.

6. CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

General conditions
Ekyval only accepts returns of products damaged during transport or with manufacturing defects. Products damaged or used by the customer will not be accepted.

If we receive returns that do not meet these conditions, the customer will not be entitled to a refund and will be offered the option to have the items shipped with their next order. If the customer refuses and wishes to retrieve the item, they must schedule a pickup at our facilities and cover the associated costs.

Order cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled if they are still pending, meaning they have not yet been packed or shipped. To cancel, you must:

Order/product returns
Shipping costs are free if the return is due to Ekyval’s responsibility.

Product exchanges
Ekyval does not accept product exchanges.

Refund methods and timeframes
Ekyval will make every effort to refund the customer quickly, with a maximum period of 15 days from the date the returned item arrives at our warehouse.
For cancelled orders (paid orders not yet shipped), the maximum refund period is 5 days.

Refunds will be issued as follows:

  • If you paid by MBWay or Multibanco, please provide your bank details so we can process the refund.
  • If you paid by PayPal or credit card, the refund will be issued using the same payment method.

Refund of shipping costs
We refund shipping costs for orders returned due to Ekyval’s responsibility (e.g., defective or incorrect products). However, we do not refund shipping costs if only one item in a multi-product order has an issue.

When the return is the customer’s responsibility, all shipping and return costs are borne by the customer.

7. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We take all necessary precautions to ensure that product details, descriptions, and prices displayed on the website are accurate. However, we reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been incorrectly published, including prices and promotions.

Order refusal may also occur for the following reasons:

  • Product out of stock.
  • Inability to obtain payment authorization.
  • Fraudulent orders.

If there is any issue with your order, we will contact you immediately.

We do everything possible to keep your order and payment data secure. However, we cannot be held responsible for any loss you may suffer if a third party gains unauthorized access to data you provided when accessing or ordering from our website.
