EKYVAL offers several ways to receive your order conveniently.
Services available for Mainland Portugal:
GLS
Your order will be delivered to your home within 1 to 5 business days. A tracking number will be generated, which you can follow online at https://gls-group.com/PT/en/receiving-parcels/parcel-tracking/. If you are unable to receive your order, please check the carrier's website to see if your parcel was left at a parcel shop or if a new delivery attempt will be made.
Services available for Island Portugal:
CTT Islands
Your order will be shipped by air and delivered to your home within 5–10 business days. A tracking number will be generated, which you can follow online at http://www.ctt.pt. If you are unable to receive your order, a notification will be left in your mailbox so you can collect your parcel at the nearest post office.
Services available for International Shipping:
UPS (Europe except Switzerland and Malta)
Your order will be delivered to your home within 2 to 10 business days. A tracking number will be generated, which you can follow online at https://www.ups.com/pt/en/home. If you are unable to receive your order, please check the carrier's website to see if your parcel was left at a parcel shop or if a new delivery attempt will be made.
GLS (Switzerland and Malta)
Your order will be delivered to your home within 2 to 10 business days. A tracking number will be generated, which you can follow online at https://gls-group.eu/. If you are unable to receive your order, please check the carrier's website to see if your parcel was left at a parcel shop or if a new delivery attempt will be made.
Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on stock availability and the chosen shipping method, but that variation will be between 1 and 10 business days for you to receive your order.
Shipment Status
When we ship an order, and whenever the delivery service provider offers this feature, an email will be sent with information about the status change of your order, along with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.
