Payment Methods

You may pay by Credit Card, PayPal, or Multibanco.

Payment via PayPal is a secure method used worldwide.

Through PayPal, you may pay using the following credit cards:

- Visa

- Visa Electron

- Mastercard

- American Express

Payment via Multibanco can be made through ATM machines or your online banking.

A payment reference is generated when you complete your order. At the ATM, select the option "Payment of Purchases" and enter the reference generated during checkout.

Multibanco payments take approximately 1 business day to be confirmed. Your order will only be shipped once we confirm receipt of your payment.

Products are reserved for 4 days. If payment is not received within this period, the order is automatically cancelled.

 

To make a payment, simply select the MB WAY payment method, enter your mobile number, and then confirm the notification in the app.

You must confirm the purchase within 10 minutes. After this time, the payment request expires, and you will need to repeat the checkout process to receive a new notification.
